Trisha Govender

Trisha Govender, equipped with a BSc. Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kwa Zulu-Natal, embarked on a trajectory that transitioned from traditional chemical engineering to the dynamic realm of Artificial Intelligence.

Prior to her tenure at SIDT, Trisha steered a series of entrepreneurial ventures spanning a wide array of fields including coding and robotics, machine learning consultancy, digital marketing, web development, and education. Her noteworthy contributions earned her recognition, being featured twice in The South African Institute of Chemical Engineers Blog for her entrepreneurial accomplishments in 2021 and 2022, as well as in Mech Chem Africa Magazine in 2021.

As the Manager of MANCOSA School of Information and Digital Technology (SIDT), Trisha is fervently dedicated to propelling innovation and equipping individuals with the requisite skills for success in this burgeoning digital age.
